The mission of Free To Be Me is to provide children who have a chronic and/or critical health issue with an afternoon of fun with their entire family. Dreams are made everyday! This is only possible because of people like you who help by sponsoring a child or a full event.
The children that we are working with are all battling some type of chronic or critical illness. We as a team want to give them and their siblings the chance to get out and forget about what is happening inside of them and just enjoy time together as a complete family!
Your donation may not be curing their illness, however it will help to bring laughter and smiles many times over!
INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, AND BUSINESS DONATIONS
We are so thankful for our individual and family donations. At FREE TO BE ME we work to make every dollar count and every child smile. Your donation of $20.00 will provide a flight bag and a photograph for each family. Each flight bag contains: Free To Be Me Tee Shirt, wooden airplane, pilot wings, stickers, coloring sheets and crayons, and other goodies. Each child will receive a photograph of him/her self while sitting in the airplane. Your donation will also help to provide a special “on the ground” activity for children who are not able to fly because of a health or other personal reason. Also, if you would like to “put a family in the air” you can be a family sponsor with a gift of $180.00. This covers the flight bags, airplane ride of 30 to 45 mins, food, and games for one family.
Please feel free to donate any amount that you are comfortable in giving. Gifts of less than $20.00 are appreciated and will be combined with other gifts to meet the needs of the event.
